Just suffered a general blackout !!!

Suddendly all lights went out, normally I have the ups connected but is not working. I hit the wall with my nose for the first time, guess I am loosing my senses. This is not new, has been happening for years, one of the drawbacks from paradise.
At least before the computer help me to go to the electric generator, but not today.

I can also breath.....I heard a big noise. The swimming Alien felt dow, but lucky for me there was a rubbermaid box with clothes on top......

The power goes out a lot in DR huh? At least that's what my Dominican friends tell me.

Yeah, I mentioned this before. As we have to import gas and oil, prices are so high, poor people steal the electricity. But at the same time is like goverment owns part of the prodution while private companies deal also with production and distribution. It's a big mess. They are planning to build more Hydroelectric plants and windmills to lower costs, but that will take time.
